I was able to pickup the control channel for Site 2. It is licensed to 3635 Ridgewood.

I noticed there is an 451.9750 entry for Site 1. It is licensed to 3605 Ridgewood. I suppose it is possible that each site exclusively serves a client or building. I was not able to get on the island to investigate and I did not pick up Site 1 from Longueuil.
