I'm sorry, I could not find the 16S300 manual anywhere for that 8 channel crystal scanner. I did however scan a copy of the 16S400 manual a year or two ago. It's the 10 channel model, but there *MIGHT* not be too much difference between the two.
RCA 16S400 Manual (Free For The Taking)
I recently obtained an RCA 16S400... WITH MANUAL. I've noticed this manual has been somewhat unobtanium in the wild. The one place you could get it wants to you to pay a ridiculous amount for it, well the heck with that! I figured since I had a manual, why not share it? So take this copy...
