RCMP Channels yet being Dispatched to calls in Regina

Since got GRE lst week have programmed in all RCMP Conv channels. Have heard about a half a dozen or more disptches to Regina address or locations. Everything from a van driving recklessly to a guy coming home and finding his door open and camera stolen.

Any thoughts? Training Maybe?

Been a long time since I've heard the RCMP, for lack of a digital scanner, but that sounds like training. Especially since its the RCMP and not Regina police handling fairly routine sounding calls.

Apparently they take regular civilians into some of these exercises too, I had a friend who volunteered for it. Basically he had to wait in a house, tell the arriving officers that his car was stolen and details about it.
