RCMP in Manitoba, able to scan?

Hello all, I've been out of the hobby for a bit and my last scanner was s Bcd996xt and it was great while it was able to pick up my local RCMP. Then they changed something and I could only pick up the odd dispatch. Is there s new scanner that can pick up the newer RCMP system?

I have a home patrol II scanning RCMP on fleetnet and still get the odd bit of traffic, so it is not completely silent yet, but will be shortly.
