RCMP in Manitoba

Hello, just wondering if there is a scanner out there that can pick up RCMP in Manitoba? I believe they are on a digital system .

RCMP are encrypted. No scanner will decrypt them. Period.

You can still listen to Fire and Ambulance. There is also a new system coming online soon in the 700MHz band.

RCMP will be encrypted, not sure about the rest.
