It was too late to edit my last post. But I will confirm that I am hearing Strathmore on 159.33 and NOT 159.39. Strength in Calgary is about average, certainly not as strong at 155.79. I am also just barely hearing Strathmore on 154.71 in Calgary. I did not get a tone. Squelch has to almost be turned right down. Earlier this afternoon I did hear the digital or encrypted sounds on 154.68.
