RCS Database ?

In the database for the West site the ? I have is, I noticed that there is only 3 highlighted 1 primary in red and 2 secondary in blue control channels, All the other ones south,east,north,N/E have 1 primary and 3 secondary control channels,is the west site missing one of blue secondary frequency is not highlighted, and if not which frequency is it. TIA

I am looking at my unitrunker for the west site -- I see the primary and 2 alternates as what is in the RR database. I do not see any 3rd alternate channel
