under the call WRTR304 San diego county shows a 4 channel trunked system on telegraph pass in Yuma. As far as I know this system is not in service. Some of the frequencies are duplicates with Black Mtn Site. Anyone know anything about this, wether it is a intellirepeater or something. BTW I have radio access to IVECA at work and can search for sites, and Telegraph is not one of 'em.

Are you sure about the call sign? It is not issued according to the FCC database (WQQB985 issued today is the highest call sign shown).

I know we had a license for a system that used to be in service on Black Hill in Yuma, but that one is long gone.

I think he meant WPJR304 - SAN DIEGO, COUNTY OF

According to the ULS, the build out was completed on 11/10/2005.The 'Yuma' site listed is at 32-40-20.2 N, 114-20-09.8 W, which appears to put it in the Telegraph Pass area:
856.17500
858.17500
859.20000
860.20000

The RCS system summaries found at the RCS800mhz website do not list a Telegraph site as active, or at least with busies. But they do list a Palo Verde site that is not in the RRDB.

The ULS shows:
33-25-53.1 N, 114-43-57.9 W:
856.17500
859.25000
861.05000
861.10000
862.05000
