RCS North Cell Settings (FallBrook)

Hello,
I am trying to receive Vista Dispatch on the 996P2. I have updated the firmware to 1.09. I just get pulsing signal bars (Not Solid) and "Finding CtrlChan" flashing in the display. No voice receive at all. I can hear them fine on my Unication G4. If possible, I just need the Site and Channel settings for a 996P2 for RCS. As in, is the Bandwith Splinter, 800/900 Standard or Custom 1,2, etc? I have 853.6875 in there already. Any other settings or Digital adjustments to look at ?

I would use RR Database and Butel ARC XT to download it in directly but my serial to scanner driver is not cooperating.

800 standard...and my experiences with 996's failing to lock CC due to cell tower interference means that could be an issue as well.
Then again, you might be out of range in AZ.

If driver is working for the firmware update, it should be OK with ARC-XT. Using ARC-XT, go to the Scanner tab, Communication Setup, and AutoDetect Scanner. RCS system type is P25 Standard. Site Mot Bandplan is 800/900 Standard.

Thanks for the replies. There seems to be a general RX issue in the radio. Even Weather is not receiving. I may have it sent in for repair or write it off.

Make sure that the attenuator is not on. ATT will be displayed on the screen.
