RDU/ARINC 900MHz Trunked System active?

I am looking at the licenses near RDU. I think there are three
trunked system that are licensed to ARINC. One of them is
WPUH952. Enter the license here for complete info:

The frequencies are:
935.1375, 935.7375, 936.1375, 936.7375, 937.1375, 937.7375
938.1375, 938.7375, 939.1375, 939.7375

Is this system active?

Tested 'em

I'm about 4 miles from the RDU airport staying with relatives. No control channels coming in over any of those frequencies. If I had more time I'd enter them all into the scanner in an unused bank and let it scan. Plus, hurricane Charlie is about to make passage thru the Wake County area and I doubt there will be much traffic on ARINC, but I could be wrong. I may try it tomorrow. Leaving at 6 PM Saturday, weather permitting.
