Currently Oklahoma City has requested and has been granted a standard waiver until 12/31/2009 to complete their re-banding project. City of Tulsa and Okla. DPS have both filed interm waiver requests; once they receive ther interm requests this will allow them to continue their planning and then receive a standard waiver which will give the date final to complete their re-banding efforts.
