Hello and welcome to RR!
The Database here at RR will have the most up to date and complete listing of frequencies for your (or any) area. Here's a link to Spokane Co. Spokane County, Washington (WA) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference You didn't mention the model of scanner you have, if it is a realatively late model one then a subscription (cheap) to this site and some software (good investment) for you radio will allow for direct download to your scanner from the Database.
Good luck!

Welcom ljsg -

Before I begin here, anything in blue is a link of one kind or another

Here is where you can read about getting a premium subscription so you can download data;

RadioReference.com Premium Subscription Page

And in the web support section of this article, you can see all the applications that are designed to interface with it. In most cases, you can also see the model(s) of scanners that the software supports...

RadioReference.com Web Service - The RadioReference Wiki

As great as this site is, it's always helpful to have more than one source of information...

nwscan : NorthWest SCANner enthusiasts

Intercept Northwest • Index page

WashingtonScan : WashingtonScan

Now just a couple of simple rules - we don't bite, honest :.>>

a. If you have questions about Washington state scanning, please post them in the Washington state forum (we have one forum for every state);

b. Questions about a particular model or brand of scanner should go in that forum (we have a forum for Unidens, GREs and Radio Shack models, among others);

c. Never post the same question in more than one forum (considered bad form)

d. Wander around this site - we have a wiki section with well over 1200 articles on topics ranging from HF all the way to satellites. Become familiar with the database, and what data it contains. Both the wiki and the database are accessible via links in the top blue toolbar, and you are free to look - doesn't cost anything.

Let the wandering begin 73 Mike
