There was a good tropo opening here in North TX this morning. I logged a new 380 MHz P25 system and don't know where it was coming from. This WACN/SID is not in the database that I could find. It was coming from east of Wichita Falls, TX but I'm not sure how far or what state. The strange thing...

4 years later somebody has identified it as McAlester Army Ammunition Plant in Oklahoma and it showed up in the database today.
