I'm concerned as to how long it normally takes Radio Reference .com to acknowledge receipt of payment for the premium account. I sent a postal order some two weeks ago and have not received any notification to date. Should I bother investigating through Canada Post? Anyone had a similar experience? What's the norm with these things? I know I could have had instant access had I used Pay Pal, but I understand PP has a lot of issues.

I see that you have the premium subscriber logo which would indicate you should have access to the database. If you go to the link called Account and login it will show your subscription status and date of expire.

We received your payment and access was granted over the weekend. I've been traveling extensively and must have my mail forwarded to me periodically. That was the reason for the delay.
