HowTo Re-uploading a photo

I had posted this photo back in 2007 and some reason it's now gone from the wiki.

I try to re-upload it from my computer but I get this error:
Upload error
The upload is an exact duplicate of the current version of File:Champaign PD Beat Map.jpg.

Not sure how this file got deleted in the first place and what I need to do to upload it again.

Just modify it - Crop or re size it - re-save it and upload it again.

Try reuploading it using a slightly different name. Or, it may exceed current Wiki file size limits, so resize it and try again.
