As far as I've heard they use a SATCOM phone in the cockpit to talk to their company dispatcher. So the best we can do is hear their response on the appropriate FD dispatch channel and their on scene coordination with units at the LZ on CALCORD.

EDIT: This is assuming you're referring to "Redwood Empire Air Care Helicopter", also known as Mediplane Inc, based at KSTS in Santa Rosa, CA.

I can hear them on 131.8750 talking to Santa Rosa base mostly at night
I do not remember from where I got this Frequency.
