Tried to get proscan to read from the 15X but no luck. Have no problem reading from my SDS200. Have shut off/on but doesn’t do anything. Looked on proscan FAQ but didn’t see it. Appreciate any help.

Disregard. Figured it out.
For the sake of others who may be facing the same issue: what was the solution?
You have to create a new database. Then you can download from the scanner to make changes to upload back to the scanner. Doesn't quite spell it out in the help file but close enough to figure it out.
