I work in the Reading area and have a PRO 96... What exactly do you mean by "Reading TRS TG patched to NLEEN" and how do you receive it?

The Reading TRS TG 17744 is still patched together with "National". (866.0125 pl 156.7)It is used mostly on search details involving PSP or Berks Co. PD units.

NLEEN=National Law Enforcement Emergency Network

Program TG 17744 into your scanner(digital,but not encrypted) or program 866.0125

I often hear other radio systems come across TG 17744 all because of the patch.

Many times one department is patched to another,to another etc....If the comm center doesn't drop the patch it can be interesting.

During the summer I often hear comm's for Pocono Raceway as well as Hershey Park(usually for a big concert) . Most of the time it is for traffic control,but not always.

This is also true when the city patches Fire tac-2 with a county FG freq. (normally during a large brush/mountain fire). You never know what FD you might hear.

If your talking about 155.475... Offically its NLEEF - National Law Enforcement Emergency Frequency. Of course, its called by a few different names depending on the area of the country, but offically its NLEEF by FCC designation.

Of course the 800 channels are the ICALL/ITAC channels (and nothing should be patched into ICALL).
