hi i am new to this site my name is kevin so hi to all

can anyone tell me if it is possible to tweek or mod a realistic pro70 hyperscan scanner to be able to tune into air band as as of yet tis scanner will not go that far down i seem to remember when we used to need more channels on the old am cbs we used ochange the crystals and do a bit of tweeking and away we went is this option viable on this scanner or am i stuck where i am

Nope, there's no way to add AM air band to this scanner. The days of crystals and tweaking are long gone, especially since you're trying to add entire band and receive mode to a scanner that doesn't have the circuitry to handle it. Time for a new scanner.
