I am looking for a DC power cord for a Realistic Patrolman Pro48 scanner. I found a cord on eBay that I believe will work. Were these pretty standard during that time frame that it would work with the scanner? Thanks!

Don't recall the NOTCH being there, but yes that looks like the common/similar plug for many of the early RS/Electra radios

It appears to be the correct plug, BUT make sure the Positive wire (red) lines up with the + side of the receptacle on the radio.
As long as the RED wire is on the LEFT side of the plug while plugging it in you will be good.
