My county system is a rebanded SmartZone II system with Analog and P25 CAI, so if you'd like, I can send you my .996 file (Freescan) for ACPS. I know it's not SAFE-T, but it should demonstrate how a rebanded SmartZone II system should appear in Freescan since both systems are similar in configuration. Let me know if you think it would be helpful and I'll send it when I'm home this evening.
Thanks for the responses and the emails with database info. I think I actually had it right but its nice to know for sure.
