Rebanded programming help for the LA TRS

I noticed that RR has provided a nice set of rebanding tables for LA's TRS. I am kind of confused as to how to enter this into my radio for the plans. Can anyone explain how I would put these into the radio's plan tables? If it's worth anything I am using the BC898T for the scanning.

Do you mean LA City or LA County?

I don't believe you need to enter the tables yet since systems in So. California have not rebanded.

Sorry, I meant LA County. I will program my scanner without rebanding tables and see if it works. I was just confused as to why RR put those tables on there, on top of the fact that they don't match up well with a customized set up.
