The Carrollton Public Safety Trunking System FCC License KNJU868 was granted two new frequencies on 6/18/2010. These are the rebanded frequencies for the two 860.xxxx frequencies. According to their radio shop, this rebanding change will take place within a few weeks and is waiting on a visit from Motorola to swap out something (he wasn't specific on what), reprogram and retune the repeater. The 860.xxxx frequencies have already been disabled in the system and will be reactivated using the 854.xxxx frequencies once the changes are completed and tested.

854.2875 (and input channel 809.2875) will be the rebanded non-trunked data channel replacing the existing 860.2625 non-trunked data channel.
854.7875 (and input channel 809.7875) will be the rebanded trunked channel, replacing the existing 860.2625 frequency.

Please note that the ULS listing appears to have the above channel assignments reversed for location 1 (main Josey Lane tower), but the other locations are listed as described above. This was news to the radio tech that will check their licensing and request any necessary changes with the FCC.
