New Control Channels are 853.300MHz and 853.7500MHz. The West System Control Channel 856.2375MHz and Offset are the same as of tonight.

LastCall, After entering the new control channels you posted, My radio is picking up pieces on the conversation. I know my radio is rebanding enabled based on the CPS information. Any help would be appreciated. Im using a Astro Saber III.

Guess my radio is no good anymore, I read it with the cps and it says it is Rebanding Enabled, but it is missing parts of the conversation. Acording to the rebanding list for this county, they said they were only stepping down 15 mhz on all of their frequencies on the east site. I went in and changed my control channels to the ones you posted and i only get parts of the conversation.

Lastcall, After looking into this more, I have a question for you. Can you let me know if St lucie county is using the shuffled band plan by looking at your scanner for the east site. Please let me know. thanks

Pro-106

I am vacationing in SLC, and I am using a PRO-106 and it appears to be skipping conversations or something. I have the system narrowband enabled.

Currently, I hear a LZ conversation on Fire TAC 1 (west system) but its hit or miss on the East System. I am picking up the East system control channel on 853.7875 with a 99% signal. When I do get to hear the conversation it does come in loud and clear. But I know its skipping conversation because I am using the 106 next to the 96 programmed to the west system.

Any help, suggestions ???

I've been having the same situation: skipping conversations, etc. I have a Pro-96, and I can see it stopping on various talkgroups, but there's no audio. I've programmed the new control freqs in. I'm unfamiliar with "rebanding," and from some quick searches on this site I'm assuming it's basically a departure from the previous standard frequency offsets in the system, and a scanner needs to be "rebanding enabled" to work with the new plan. Is my Pro-96 "rebanding enabled," maybe with a firmware update, or do I now have a useless scanner for St. Lucie County?
Thank you very much for any insight,

I belive it is more than just the rebanding, I belive that on top of rebanding process they have also switched to the shuffled ban plan. I need someone to confirm. Even when just listening to the west system, it also skips conversation. Thanks.

OK. This is what I have done and it seems to be working fine!

PRO-96/2096 (using Win96)

Under "MOT 3600 CC" click "Multi table"
Click "Extended Tables"
Enter the Following:
440 (CH Lo) 559 (CH Hi) 851.0250 (Base Freq) 440 (Offset) 25 (Step)
0 (CH Lo) 719 (CH Hi) 851.0125 (Base Freq) 0 (Offset) 25 (Step)

PRO-106/197 (using ARC500)

In Trunked Systems, click on "T-Tables" and select "Custom"
Then, click/select on "Edit TTables"
On the bottom left corner, click on "Load Reband Table" and select "ok"

I am using the PRO-96 and 106 side by side, and scanning a PRO-92 in conventional scan, and I do not seem to be missing any conversations while trunk tracking the system.

Let me know if this works for you. I am on vacation here in Ft Pierce and Jensen Beach, and now I can relax since I have both scanners working now!!

Thank you very much for pointing me in the right direction. I wasn't able to enter 25 in the step column of the extended table; it kept defaulting to 5.000. I thought maybe my version of Win96 needed an update, so I did that. In the newer version, there's now a "rebanded 800 mhz" selection in the extended table. I chose that, and it filled the table with data, some of which is the same you suggested. I'm using 853.7875 for the control channel, and it seems to be working fine.

Thanks again for your help!

Talk Group ID

Thanks for all the information gents. For those of us with Bearcats, does this mean the Talk Group IDs have changed too?

In the land of make believe
There is only one trunking system in St. Lucie Co. There is an East and West site. Only the freqs. above 866 mhz are shifted down. This will be nationwide at some point.
Why bother with an analog only scanner when most of the stuff will be or is digital?
Martin Co. is full digital.

Does this go for both SLPD and Sheriff?

I ordered a new Uniden BCT15 just to track St Lucie county. It arrived yesterday and after some difficulty with the BC Uploader was able to upgrade firmware to v1.06. I chose to program all frequencies and assign 800mhz custom 2 as the plan, per Uniden instructions. I've been succesfully tracking St Lucie County Fire/Rescue and Sheriff all afternoon and logging it all on BCTool software. No skipping or missing conversations from the Rock Rd site.

I just got into PSL and have had success with my Pro106. I chose the "800mhz rebranded" in Win500 and everything work perfectly!

Now, does anyone have PSL Pd and SLC SO 10-codes, signals, units ids, etc...? I am usually in Broward county and have it all for there but haven't found the info for PSL as of yet.

Thanks

Looks like some more changes were made to this system. I found what I think is the new control frequency on 863.3000, but now I only pick up one talkgroup. Does anybody happen to have any new info about the St. Lucie County trunked system?

Thanks,

Yes, St. Lucie is screwed up again, or else my 996 is.

I can still hear a few of the conversations on my old BC9000, but they do not come in at all on the trunking scanner, and just a few days ago it was working fine.
