Rebanding Plans for South Jersey EDACS Systems?

I heard from a source that the Camden City EDACS system may be rebanded as early as next month. Does anyone have info when the South Jersey EDACS systems (DRPA, Cherry Hill, Atlantic County, etc.) will be rebanded?

For the last two days, I have not been able to monitor them (in trunking mode). I can listen to various TGs by flipping through my programmed list. Holding on the system brings up the CC. When holding on a TG, there is the 'brrrrp' sound before a transmission is heard.

I checked my frequencies (LCNs) against the list in the database--nothing changed (db or my unit).

Since all channels are programmed in an EDACS system, is it a question of just a change in programming, or are other changes (downloads) needed?
