There was the rumour last week, that the UCAN rebanding might take affect this morning around six. When I left my place at eight, all was still normal. Maybe there was anouther delay, or the rumour was inacurate. If I understand correctly, UCAN is suppose to be the first to reband in this area. Does anyone have any guess's as to when the rest of the trunking systems in SLC will change over?
I am also curious as to how many folks are planning on purchasing a new trunking scanner so as to be able to follow after rebanding is complete?
And are there any local suppliers of trunking scanners? After seeing the Uniden 396 in action this weekend, I will be getting one.
