'Receiver Software for Non Windows OS' and ProLink

Not sure why it was moved, but I originally added ProLink to the "Radio Control Software" page.

This software is only for Windows, so why did it get moved to the Non Windows OS page? Yes, the source is available, but it will only compile in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET. The description line for the software even indicates this by saying "for MS-Windows" but is it located on this page under "Other".

Just looking for some guidance as I am not a regular Wiki editor.
