Reception From Pike County

I live in Bushkill. Is there anyone in the Bushkill area that might know what I can do or buy to get better reception? Besides getting an outside antenna on the roof.

Or is there anybody in the area that could advise me on what to do.

I have a 40 inch Super Wide Multi-Band Antenna and my signal coverage is still not that good.

Is it the scanner. I have a Uniden BC92XLT. Is there another scanner I could buy that would help to get better reception?

Botch,

Alot of different factors come into play here. First, if you are in a valley or low lying area, it will affect your reception. The scanner shouldn;t be a problem unless there is something wrong with it. I would reccomend having it checked if you believe there is a problem with it. As for the antenna, yes, an antenna on the roof would be your best solution at this time. Hope this helps.
