Will soon be getting a Bearcat BCTX15 for my Dodge Ram 1500, any suggestions on a really good glass mounted antenna that will look decent on the back window, driver's side? Not looking to for anything "super" noticeable. Will be monitoring 800 mhz freqs in King County, WA.

What about a Phantom Low Profile Laird on a hood NMO mount?

For only 800 mHz you may be OK with the cellular-specific antenna. The antenna SkiBob linked to is tuned for cellphones and too narrow to work across the full freq range of a scanner. I'd be surprised if a cell-only antenna is going to be much better than a broader freq range antenna, so why limit your radio? For a glass mount scanner antenna search Amazon for Tram 1199. About $15.
