I currently have the "ANT-135" from Scannerworld. It is connected to a WRP-2500 Pre-Amp, which is then connected to a Stridsberg MCA204a multicoupler which feeds 4 base scanners. Since I live in an apartment, an outdoor antenna isn't possible. My primary listening is done on Aircraft, Public Safety (VHF-LO (CHP), UHF-T both analog and P25), Local Fire (VHF-HI) and some 800MHz trunked.

The ANT-135 seems to work well, but I am sure there must be something that can pull in signals better and still be used indoors without taking up lots of space.

I'd like to know your suggestions. Thanks

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPod; U; CPU iPhone OS 3_1_3 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/528.18 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile/7E18 Safari/528.16)

This what I do and this may not work for you but my radio room is setup on the second floor I have a mag mount scanner antenna from radioshack in the window. Sitting on a nice long thin piece of metal I got from a local junkyard it works amazing on 800mhz p25 and great on the lower bands too

Can you get to an attic without causing a lot of fuss? The added height would be helpful...best regards..Mike
