Yesterday, running the Homepatrol Sentinel I get an error "Reconstructing HPDB failed". Reading the forum has given nothing and I have researched this problem. The solution was simple. HP is available focused on areas of the USA and Canada, where the real part of the separator is a point, but there are regions where the separator is a comma. In regional settings changing separator and all work. Essentially it a software error.
