I'm not sure if this is the right place now since we've divided up everything so if it's not feel free to move it, But I have a slight problem,
My PSR 500 is connected through the win500 application and is set to record on all of our local fire channels here, It used to run problem and trouble free, however here in the last week it has not been recording right, I had this problem once before and turned off the Attenuator and The PL Tones to get it to stop on the channel, I have once done that again and it still passes them up, Can this be because they have boosted their power up some more and it's still too strong for the scanner to detect even with the attenuator set to on?
It won't record on any of the set channels except one which is something way off and I'm not sure where it is at really. Anyone have any ideas on what to try next? Perhaps trying a small rubber antenna instead of my outdoor one and see what happens?
Suggestions/Ideas? Anyone?
