OK I reckon I will clarify. I am looking for a report of a vehicle called in that was disabled. It might even have been called in as suspicious vehicle/person. Caller may have mentioned driver description, or vehicle description. I am not sure of exact date, may have been 12, 13, or 14. Of Feb.
