if there is someome that lives close too oklahoma city or midwest city that has a pro96 scanner that could show me what i'm doing wrong when i try too program okc fire i have done all the differant ways that rr shown me too do

Why bother??? OCFD uses ProVoice and is not monitorable without a computer interface to decode.

Those feeds come from one of two sources: a scanner that has been tapped at the discriminator to take raw audio to a computer sound card that can decode it through software or they have bought an EDACS ProVoice radio that is programmed for that system. I know at least one member here that has one of those radios.
