We go to the premium service and check the ones that we want and then upload it to the program but cant get it to upload to the scanner what are we doing wrong hopefully somebody can help thanks in adavance gardenlily46

The Pro-106 is a great radio, I've had one for a few years now. I might be able to help you out, but I need to know what software you are trying to use...

We are using the arc500 i saw everything upload to the scanner but dont know where to find it or save it any help would be appreciated

If it uploaded to the scanner on the scanner try to hit man to see if the talk group is there under the ns ns=no scan list if they are there just go and edit the talk group and put them in a scan list by hit pgm edit currant then use left or right arrow button and hit sel
