i'm thinking about getting a new or used scanner too listen too military federal agencys i would like everyones opinion on this subject although i would post this too another forum such as the the military then they would get me for cross posting although i know that most military or even the fed's have gone too provoice or des what would be the cheapest way too go or the highest way too go
