Hi,
I have a Regency "The Touch" model act-t16k 16 channel scanner that is still in perfect working condition.
Does anyone know how I can set the delay feature, I lost the manual and forgot how to do it.
I remember that it's a global setting meaning when it's set all 16 channels will have delay not able to be set individually. I seem to remember pressing a digit while it scans and a small d would light the display as
it scans but I can't get it to work any help appreciated

You can go to Rigpix.com and look for Regency and then click on the model of your scanner and you might be able to download the owners manual for your scanner.Hope this helps you out.Best Reguards,Tim DeLong W9NES GMRS KAF3207 *Monitoring all of Metro Indianapolis/Marion County and all of Central Indiana*

This was my first scanner back in 1978. It has a 0.5 second delay on all scan channels that is always on, there is no off. The delay is almost useless, it should have been a minimum of 1-2 seconds.

the touch scanner

Hi,
Do you remember a lower case letter "d" appearing on the display?
I also had this scanner new in 1977 or 78 and I think it had delay just not sure

No "d" appears on the display. As previously stated, there is a permanent delay on the scan channels of 0.5 sec. The display is blank during channel scanning.
