Regency scanner repair

Is there anyone who repairs Regency scanners? I have a HX1000 handheld, that is 20 years old, and still receives very well. But I am having trouble with the keyboard, when I try to program a new frequency, or do a search, the number keys want to stick. For example if I punch the #1, it will stick and I get a reading 11111, this also happens with the other numbers as well. I have seen where a G&G Electronics in NY does scanner repair. Are there any others?

DIY, take it apart and clean it VERY carefully making sure you don't damage the contact pads.
