Regency Touch M100 L/O

I just came into an ancient Regency Touch M100. Everything works with one exception - Once channel is locked out of scan. There is no lockout button on the keypad and the owners manual just states if there is an "L" that the channel is locked out of the scan list. Any idea on how to clear the "L"?

I've got the original manual as well, but it still doesn't tell you how to unlock the channel. Grrrrrr!

See page 7, Simply touch the channel number.
