Rehab 55 ?

Does anyone know what this talkgroup is used for. I have seen a couple of stickers on cars with Rehab 55 on them also.

If the cars say REHAB 55, it is probably for on-scene firefighter rehabilitation. They have water, food, extra air bottles, etc.
