Rehoboth / Sussex Fire Talk Groups

I notice that Rehoboth Beach has its own Dispatch/ Ops talk group (3728) in addition to the Sussex County Dispatch and Ops talk groups. What is the talk group SOP for incidents in the Rehoboth Beach first due area? Also, I notice that there are "patch" talk groups for both Worcester County Fire and Ocean City Fire. Are these full time "patches," or are they linked to an appropriate ops talk group as needed?

Rehoboth fire / EMS is dispatched by Rehoboth center, EMS has their own talkgroup. The patches are only used when needed. If Sussex goes into oc they operate on oc system the patches are not used that much
