R8600 Remote Control Software: How Is Freq. Tuning Accomplished ?

Hello,

Am thinking of getting the Icom Remote Control software for my new
R8600. Eyesight is poor, and think it "might" help seeing on the pc screen.

Questions for anyone who might have, please:

a. How does one change the freq. ?
Do you drag the big knob (image) around using the pc Mouse ? Keyboard ? Both ?

b. Is the radio totally "locked" when using, or can you
use the radio's knob to do it ?

c. What can't you do via the pc screen image ?

Thoughts/opinions ?
