This a repost as I posted it in the wrong thread, sorry.

I hope this is the right form for this topic, I didn't know where else to put it. Anyone know anything about these small remote control helicopters, especially the ones with the on board camera, or as they are called "spy cameras". What I am trying to fiind out is what frequency the cameras broadcast on.

depends on who is operating them. I know that their are some hams that fly these and the 'bird' operates on regular R/C channels or the R/C channels that are available for hams.

As for the cameras, they are also in either the ham bands or in the 2g and some times in the 5g band.

You best bet is to check with people in your area that 'fly' these.

As stated, the normal hobby grade ones don't broadcast, they record onboard, weight is a big issue so having transmitters on a smallish heli isn't very common. Also if you do any googling for info, change your search terms, the proper term is radio controlled, not remote :)
