I'd like to have the option of monitoring Black Hawk County law enforcement from the Des Moines area. Is their a possibility of leaving a trunking scanner running there and using a software package to transmit the audio over the internet so I could listen to it when desired from Polk County? How does one get started with that kind of setup?
