Remote Shack

This is my rarely used shack, I usually access this computer through remote desktop from the desktop in the other room. It's not much, but it works for me.

I have 2 BC796D's on this desk but only one is being used right now. They listen to the local Federal P25 system and Amateur frequencies. The 436 is used to monitor DMR stuff like schools or the nearby mall. Lastly I have 4 RTL-SDR sticks being fed to Unitrunker with voice going to Trunking Recorder.

In the other room, where my daily desk is, sits my 2 SDS200's, a GD-77, a Unication G4, and my agency issued APX6000. I feed the SDS200's to this computer to run a Proscan server. The 796 and 436 are also connected to Proscan.

I wanted to add the 796 to my collection, but settled for the 785D and use it to monitor the ham bands and the state troopers on P25.
