R8600 Remote VFO (wish!)

I cannot understand for the money of the 8600 why they did not make it so
you could use the RC-28 remote vfo , I do not think it would have made it
that much more expensive , I use it on my Icom 7610 I absolutely luv it !
I know it will not happen too bad they could not make a add on possibly?
so you could use it!..Marcie

That Sir is a good question. Icom does do some strange things with their products
