Hello Everyone, I am wondering if there was a reason behind why last post was removed for no apparent reason.

I really do find this web site to be the best around and although I am not a Paid Donor I do try to give as much as I receive (which compared to you some of you old freqs here, it isn't much)

The thread posted a few days back contained a link to the new the 2006 North Carolina Emergency Medical Services Radio Dial Code Directory that I found to be very informative as far as EMS System Programming, Frequencies, etc goes, and that is why I took the time to post it.

Well my question is, why was it removed ?

Isn't 99.9 Percent of all the info found here in this site either user submited, or the same info can be found out on the internet. Or maybe it was what Paid Donors get for a Fee, I don't know. But an explanation would be nice so I know not to waste my time posting anything else ?

Thanks !

I posted the link because it contains, atleast for me, allot of useful information concerning detailed EMS Systems. As far as the deletion of my post and others like it seems to defeat the purpose of User Submissions, For me anyway.

Myself and LouMaag are the moderators for this forum and I can tell you I have not deleted any posts and would not do so unless the post contained obscene/profane material...moderators are supposed to only lock threads and not delete threads...I know LouMaag and don't think he deleted the thread either...it is probably one of the threads quoted in this thread...
Feel free to PM me if you have further questions or if I can help you out!

The easiest way to find something, when a link is not available - or not included in a post, is to do a quick search online. I use Google, but there are other search engines that can be useful under certain circumstances.

As of last year, it appears the EMS Dialcode Book was being revised more-often than just yearly. There have already been a couple of revisions this year.
