I'm Clermont qc canada and here I not pick the RENIR while there is a tower nearby and I capture the ID of the tower 103 RENIR but nothing that requires CTAQ against by the ambulance but it ren or why it passes by or communicated thank you?

bonjiour moi je deneure dans charlevoix ou la (c t a q charlevoix)sont sur le renir mais je capte pas de signal de tour grand-fond est ce possible possible quil communique sur une autre tour via repetitrice ? et comment fait on pour localiser les frequences des repetitrices ?
