There is no talkgroup 1815 at the airport.
Also keep this in mind - there are several radio profiles used at the airport - if you hear someone say for instance go to channel 4 - channel 4 could be one thing on one radio profile and something entirely else on another radio profile - in other words the talkgroups are the same but on one radio OPS1 talkgroup could be on channel 1 (Operations Dept radios) and on another radio (Maintenance Radios) it might be on channel 10.
Those would be on individual airline company frequencies - only one I know off hand is unconfirmed for Delta/Skywest and that is 131.4 (that is an ARINC assigned freq and is AM mode)
