Repair time

Sad to say but I had to send my New Home patrol back in for repair,,,Bought it new and got the GPS with it and after pluging it in only a handful of times the GPS plug pulled out of the radio,I was the only user and know it wasn't dropped or handled rough in any way,,,,anyway just wondering what the usual turn around from Uniden is like,, can't wait to get it back,, Thanks

I had a similar failure - mine was with the headphone jack. It took almost exactly one month to repair. Seems to be pretty typical from the reports I've seen here.
